An apathetic strut

You left the scene of the crime

The common witness as it goes

Remains to recite every line

Vacant compassion rests

And it stifels the air

We hear the mother cry

But the children are not there

Thunderous mountains roar

She has frightend the crow

Hellish ash covers all

He is left with nowhere to go

Ignorance, our only friend

We continue our pace

Kiss her, hug her goodbye

And forget our disgrace

She let them leave

As all good mothers will

The children leave home

Brooding whats next to kill

We heed no warning

Hypocrites never do

Slaughter our earth

Unafraid of impending doom
